This interactive workshop will focus on the importance of

incorporating both family and professional perspectives

in the process of effective educational decision making; including

- The key aspects of collaboration and effective communication,

- The essential elements of team building

- The concept of Communities of Practice.

Research based strategies that have resulted in successful

student outcomes will be shared.
